Syl gives agents bounded, observable access to graphical apps, browsers, terminals, Android devices, virtual machines, and SSH hosts. There is no public GA release yet. The destination runtime is Rust CLI + MCP; the Electron Hub is not a product target.

Source is collaborator-only for now. Prefer the most structured surface over pixels: browser tools for websites, TUI tools for terminals, CLI for one-shot host commands.
